Lot of 50 Spider-Man Comics!

A Web-Slinging Good Time

Today I finally got the package I was patiently waiting two weeks for! (I'd like to think I was patient, anyway). A seller on Ebay called Porky's Comics was offering a great deal- a lot of 50 random Spider-Man comics for a little over $30! Porky's Comics is a top-rated plus seller, with great credibility. The package arrived in good shape, with thought put into packaging the comics to make sure they would survive their journey! The store is constantly offering this deal with other comic characters' series (Batman and Superman for example) along with Spider-Man. 

So many Spider-Man activities- Just a portion of the 50-comic package.

What was so fun about ordering this package was the fact that it is a random lot. The comics were any Spider-Man related comic, which gave me comics from multiple different series. The fact that I had no idea what I would get made opening the package such a thrill! I got multiple issues from these series: The Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, The Web of Spider-Man, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Peter Parker the Spectacular Spider-man, Spider-Man, Spider-Man and the Black Cat, Marvel Tales Starring Spider-Man, Spider-Man Adventures, Webspinners: Tales of Spider-Man, Spider-Man Unlimited, Marvel Team-Up, Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Spider-Man's Tangled Web, and a spin off comic, The Prowler. (Phew! That was a keyboard full!) Minus coming across a few that I already had, the variety totally made up for it, especially one thing that I found...

Just like my find at House of Secrets in my previous post, I came across an awesome collectable gem.  In Spider-Man issue 46, not only is it a shiny, silver cover, it also contained a surprise inside! 

 Gotta love the cheesy promotional pamphlet it came in...

....There is a promotional animation cell for the Spider-Man cartoon series!!!

So, if you're looking to get started on a comic book collection, this deal is one not to pass up!
